Comparative analysis of tRNA genes in the mitochondrial genome of Parasitidae (Parasitiformes: Mesostigmata)

The mitochondrial genome of Parasitus fimetorum was sequenced to study the Parasitidae tRNA gene secondary structure in Parasitiformes. tRNAscan-SE and ARWEN identified inferred structures 22 genes fimetorum, which were compared genomes. results showed that most had a typical cloverleaf structure; base substitutions or mismatches occurred during folding process, stem region less variation than loop region, showing high conservation. composition clear preference for A + T. Relative synonymous codon usage (RSCU) analysis third species preferred use codons ended with U. ENC-plot distributed under standard curve, indicating more influenced by natural selection pressure. Phylogenetic is monophyletic group.
